Prevention of Occupational Risks
Maquinza is committed to SAFETY. As proof of this, Maquinza is constantly audited and evaluated by an external company that specialises in Occupational Health and Safety.
This investment is reflected in the fact that every machine we supply to our clients complies with Royal Decree 1215/1997, which sets forth the minimum Health and Safety directives for using the working equipment by their users.
Also, all new employees at Maquinza have to attend an Occupational Health and Safety course in line with the type of work they will be undertaking once they join the Maquinza Group.
In this respect, and in compliance with Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, all companies are required to provide a written statement of their commitment to and cooperation with these business activities when they work in the same workplace as Maquinza.

The Spanish Association of Leasers of Aerial Work Platforms is a professional organization that was established to uphold the general interests of companies that lease mobile personnel lift platforms (PEMP), of which Maquinza is a member.
As a member of ANAPAT, Maquinza supports all the measures geared towards the serious and professional compliance with every safety regulation leading to the proper use of mobile personnel lift platforms (PEMP) by its clients.
